Refund Policy

A full refund for any service or product of Gems LLC (C.Academy LLC) is available only within 14 days of your first payment and only if the access was not given to the product. As soon as the Client gets the access to the program the refund is not possible.

In case of subscription, the refund can be asked for the future period within 7 days of payment and has to follow the usage guidelines outlined below:

Refunds are calculated based on unused services only.
Services already used cannot be refunded.

Important Notes for Subscription Refund Policy:

Refunds only apply to the current billing period.
Previous billing cycles are not eligible for refunds.
Used services are non-refundable, regardless of when they were used

All Payments are charged automapically through Stripe or Tribute. Cancellation cannot be done by Gems without Client request.

In case of Platinum subscription to Gems Club, Gems Club has to regularly inform user of events and news of Clubs via channels of direct communication (Telegram, WhatsApp etc). If Client does not want to keep going, Client has to cancel subscription using Tribute bot. By keeping subscription and access to gems clubs as well as keeping to receive materials Client agrees with the rules of subscription automatic renewal. The lack of answers to Gems communication cannot be considered as opposite unless Client does not ask for Subscription cancellation or cancel it by himself.

In case Client asks for subscription cancellation, Gems has to instruct Client on the steps how to do it using Tribute bot.

Note for residents of certain U.S. states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day following the date of such purchase, we will refund the payment you made.

Notes for EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of digital content without any cost and without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of such contract. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the performance of the contract has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that, in doing so, you lose the right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose the right to withdraw from the contract once our servers validate your purchase and the relevant purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the digital content is defective.
